Welcome to the Commonwealth Health Ministers Meeting (CHMM) registration page.

The Commonwealth Health Ministers Meeting (CHMM) will be held under the theme 'Investing in Health: Sustainable Financing for an Equitable Commonwealth' and will take place in the Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Facilities, with the Comonwealth Health Ministers Meeting taking place on Saturday, 17 May 2025.

The Senior Officials Meeting will take place on Thursday, 24 April 2025 and the Information Sessions for the Commonwealth Health Ministers Meeting will take place on Thursday, 8 May 2025,  these will be held virtually. The Registration links for these events can be found in the Note for Adinistrative Arrangements, separate registrations are required for the SOM and the Information sessions. 

Kindly note that this page is reserved for the registration of Commonwealth member governments only. Delegates are kindly requested to note that one form must be submitted for each delegate. For example if a given delegation comprises three delegates in total, this form must be submitted three times.
